Continuing Education

Enrolling in continuing education courses?

Ask about Texas Public Education Grants, TPEGs. Tuition only grants of up to $500 are available to individuals who take career or occupation-related courses.

We assist students by awarding financial aid for post-secondary education. Financial aid is awarded as grants, scholarships, loans and student employment from various federal, state, institutional and private sources. Financial aid is available to students with financial need and also to those without need.

FAFSA Help Sessions
Help sessions are available in the Financial Aid office on Tuesdays from 3-4 p.m. and on Fridays from 10-11 a.m.

If these deadlines are missed, the student will be expected to make payment arrangements with the Cashier's Office using personal resources at the time of registration. A payment plan is available.

* If you plan to attend the Summer I term:
The priority deadline for submitting your FAFSA application is April 1.
You must also complete and submit a Summer Supplemental Application by April 30.
Your financial aid file with all supporting documentation should be completed and ready for file review by April 30*. If you are a transient student, you are not eligible for summer aid.

  7. Gallagher's Army - Educational Assistance Fund The purpose of this fund is to assist the children of the men and women who have died while serving bravely in the armed services, fighting the war on terror. (application)
