Elaine Gardner-Morales

Elaine Gardner-Morales, director and founder of the Vocal Jazz Ensemble, brings a broad base of music experience to Brookhaven College. She is currently chair of the Music Department and teaches courses in theory, vocal jazz and music appreciation. Ms. Morales is the faculty sponsor and founder of the Brookhaven Jazz Club as well as being active as a clinician/adjudicator in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. She has a Bachelor of Music from the University of North Texas, and a Master of Music in theory and composition from East Texas State.
